2010 Hyperlite Marek Nova

Following the debut of the Hyperlite Marek wakeboard in 2009, the 2010 Hyperlite Marek Nova has placed technology at the forefront.

The most noticeable feature of the board is the binding attachment system, A.K.A. the Strata Mounting System.   The system is very similar to Burton Snowboards 2009 and 2010 ICS system, which allows the bindings to be attached on any point along the 13″  beam, this allows the rider to create micro adjustments to the bindings stance and placement.   Creating the ultimate customised rider setup.

The Marek series is part of Hyperlite’s D.I.N.E series and is built to be Hyperlites’ fastest and most responsive ride.  The board features carbon torsion zones, tip-to-tail-step down rail and abrupt continuous rocker for speed and pop.

Liquid Force 2010 Watson Wakeboard

After so many emails about what will be the future Liquid Force Watson 2010 wakeboard we decided to search and hunt to find more pictures on this wakeboard that has become Liquid Force’s number one seller.

The Watson 2010 shape is sure to have an impact for this year’s wakeboard of choice.  The Liquid Force Watson held the Wake World wakeboard riders choice for the 2008 year http://www.wakeworld.com/RidersPoll/2008/ and were certain that this board may just maintain the status.

Rocker:  3-Stage Aggressive

Noticeable differences between the 2009 and 2010 boards are the 2010 Watson features a triple concave through the bottom of the board rather than a double concave with a spine on the 2009 shape.  Fins are also now removable, so they can now be replaced from the wear and tear from rail use.  Also expect softer landings and more pop off the wake.

For those wanting the 2009 board its called the Watson Classic in the 2010 range.

Fresh release from Company Wakeboards is the 2010 Company Pro bindings with more features than a modern car.

The Company Wake Pro binding for 2010 features a new chassis system (F.I.S. Freedom Interface System), a Lighter base plate (D.T.B. Dynamic Transfer Bridge), continued design of 2009 solution from the snowboard inspired heel lift system (D.C.C. Direct Connect Clamps), and it wouldn’t be complete without the forged aircraft aluminium for the reinforced rail to eliminate heel and toe lift and increase your Air time.

The Company Pro boot also exclusively features articulated ankle cuffs, which allows the upper and lower zones of the boot to flex independently, keeping a truer fit throughout all flex, maximizing heel hold, comfort and board response.
