When a pro rider starts to ride behind a wake boat only good things happen.

When a pro rider like Randall Harris rides behind a wake boat, expect the wake to be massive, and the wake industry to go crazy.

Randall Harris has recently taken ownership of a Axis Wake A22 wake boat.  For such a leading rider we wish Axis had of laid out some cash and made it a customised wake boat.

The Axis A22 is a sweet boat, we are definitely waiting for a test drive!  Axis Wake give us a call!!!! (oh that’s right we’re still an underdog website that is growing).

The 8th Annual WakeWorld Riders choice results have been finalised and posted.

First things first, the Bonifay Boys did not make the 10 ten this year, as was Andrew Adkinson.  The top Male rider for 2008 goes to Rusty Malinoski, followed by Philip Soven
and bronze going to Randall Harris.

On the female front, the one and only Dallas Friday held number 1 – nothing can stop this girl, not even injuries.

Wakeboard of the year goes to the Liquid Force Watson.  Ronix One deservedly takes the silver, and Liquid Force Lyman taking bronze.

Boat of the year always seems to have the same contenders, Mastercraft’s X-Star yet again takes the boat of the year, followed by arch rival Malibu with the Malibu Wakesetter VLX,  and as per last year 3rd place was placed by Correct Craft, but this time the Nautique AIR 230 instead of AIR 210.

Randall Harris, WSR - West Side Rider, who has riden for Gator boards has now signed with Company Wakeboards… who is Company Wakeboards I hear you ask?  I have no Idea, except they are a brand new wakeboard manufacturer, yet to release a board to the public.  Let’s just hope Randall has a board.
